You will direct multiple teams, manage client expectations, and drive delivery while upholding safety, quality, and value for money.

You will mentor colleagues, develop talent, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to set strategy, lead and deliver with high stakeholder expectations.
• Practical understanding of CDM and health & safety across teams.
