Job summary

Qualifications

• Accreditation or strong knowledge of portfolio management governance frameworks.
• Experience in large-scale real estate delivery projects.
• Experience in capital investment planning and financial governance.
• Proven leadership with stakeholder management across senior client groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Leadership & Direction across delivery activities.
• Develop and embed governance, assurance and performance frameworks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to align vision and outcomes.
• Define and manage portfolio risk, health and safety considerations.
• Oversee financial management, including CapEx, budgeting and reporting.
• Pursue business development opportunities and client relationships.
• Develop and mentor Portfolio and PMO teams to enable delivery.
