Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex infrastructure and energy programmes from our Manchester office. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape delivery strategy, and own client relationships across major projects.

You will mentor colleagues, champion a safety-first culture, and ensure programme governance and compliance across the lifecycle, with a focus on low carbon initiatives and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes.
• Ability to lead health, safety and wellbeing under CDM across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management with diverse partners.

Responsibilities
