Job summary

SES Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Information Coordinator to support the North West Region on high-profile, technically complex projects. You will manage digital information, including drawings, models and documents, using Common Data Environments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will align information with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 where applicable, promoting a consistent, scalable approach to structured information across project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Common Data Environments and digital information management.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and ISO 19650 where applicable.
• Ability to coordinate information across project teams and raise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead information quality assurance activities and manage information delivery.
• Administer and supervise Common Data Environments across project stages.
• Track information deliverables against delivery plans and identify risks.
• Establish and improve information exchange processes aligned to standards.
• Be a key point of contact for information management across teams and partners.
• Configure project status reports and dashboards using information metrics.
• Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan and project documentation.
• Support collaboration across digital, site and project teams for timely delivery.
• Supervise and support Information Coordinators as needed.
