SES Engineering Services in Manchester is seeking a Senior Information Coordinator to join our North West Region, supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across sectors.

You will manage digital information, drawings, models and documentation using Common Data Environments and related platforms, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and BIM Execution Plans, including ISO 19650 where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital information workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 where applicable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and information streams.
• Experience coordinating information across project teams and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead information quality assurance activities (validation, classification, workflow).
• Administer and supervise CDE across project stages, training users as needed.
• Track information deliverables against delivery plans; identify risks and non-compliance.
• Establish and improve information exchange processes and file naming standards.
• Serve as primary contact for CDE and information management support across teams.

Therole: SES Engineering Services are looking for a Senior Information Coordinator to join our North West Region,supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across a range of sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in digital construction, informationmanagementand structured information delivery to play a key role in ensuring project teams haveaccurate,compliantandtimelydigital information at every stage of delivery.

What you'll be doing:

As Senior Information Coordinator, you will support project teams and Information Coordinators with the management and control of digital information, including drawings, models and documentation, using Common Data Environments and related digital platforms.

You will help ensure project information is managed in line with internal requirements, BIM Execution Plans and relevant information management standards, including ISO 19650 where applicable.

The role is also critical to supporting a consistent, scalable approach to structured information and data, including the Golden Thread of Information.

Key responsibilities include

• Lead information quality assurance activities, including information validation, receipt, classification, workflow,distributionand retrieval.
• Administer,implementand supervise Common Data Environments across project stages, supporting users with training and troubleshooting whererequired.
• Track information deliverables against the Master Information Delivery Plan and Task Information Delivery Plans, highlighting risks,gapsand areas of non-compliance.
• Establish,monitorand improve information exchange processes, including file naming protocols and structured information requirements aligned to relevant standards such as ISO 19650.
• Act as a key point of contact for CDE and information management support across project teams, consultants, clients,suppliersand supply chain partners.
• Configure andmaintainproject status reports and dashboards using reportable data such as information compliance, RFIs, technical submissions and other project information metrics.
• Ensure information coordination activities align with the BIM Execution Plan and associated project documentation.
• Support collaboration across digital,siteand project teams to improve consistency,accuracyandtimelyinformation delivery.
• Supervise and support Information Coordinators where applicable.
