Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead critical projects within its Randburg, Gauteng operations. You will guide a team of engineers, drive complex process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency across departments.

The role requires deep expertise in industrial engineering, a proven record leading large projects, and a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Extensive experience with process optimization, facility layout, and workflow design.
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and their application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
