Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and deliver accessible and creative events.
• Adapt, grow and develop the service to be a flourishing accessible community venue.
• Manage a safe environment, including safeguarding concerns.
• Recruit, manage and support staff and volunteers.
• Oversee income, expenditure and the budget to maintain financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with external organisations and other Treasure Seekers departments.
• Attend training and development.
• Work with Senior Leadership team and adhere to Kingfisher Treasure Seekers policies.
