The post is available for both full-time and part-time hours, based at Treasure Seekers Building in Gloucester, with policies guiding all activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and deliver accessible and creative events alongside the Hub Lead
• Adapt and grow the service with the Hub lead to be a flourishing accessible community venue
• Manage a safe environment, including safeguarding and incidents
• Develop a volunteer strategy and recruit/train volunteers
• Oversee income, expenditure and budgeting to ensure financial sustainability
• Promote safeguarding culture and build partnerships with external organisations
• Develop and implement marketing to promote activities
• Collaborate with other departments and refer service users as appropriate
• Attend training and engage in professional development
• Work with the Hub Lead and adhere to Treasure Seekers policies
