Job summary

YMCA Thames Gateway Group is seeking an Impact Lead to support the development and delivery of its Inclusion Project. The role will work under the Inclusion Manager to build community relationships, engage with families and partner organisations, and collect feedback to show impact.

It emphasises identifying needs and improving services based on family voices. This is a fixed term, part-time position (30 hours/week) with flexible working patterns, aimed at ensuring accessible information,

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Inclusion Project to improve access to information, services and support for children, young people and families.
• Build and sustain community relationships, engaging directly with families and partner organisations.
• Gather feedback and outcome data to demonstrate impact and identify gaps or emerging needs.
• Use family voices and learning to continually improve YMCA services and inform future programmes.
