Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist - Agentic IAM to lead a team building and operating services that govern non-human identities and automated access controls, across security, engineering and architecture teams.

You will translate business requirements into engineering outcomes, drive secure and scalable solutions, and coach engineers to develop their careers while collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security or Enterprise Technology.
• Strong technical background with delivery of complex enterprise solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team building and operating IAM services for non-human identities.
• Ensure secure, scalable access management across the organisation.
