You will collaborate with security, architecture and product teams to translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions, while ensuring security and governance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Background in IAM, cyber security or enterprise technology.
• Ability to translate business requirements into engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams responsible for agentic IAM services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Security teams to ensure secure, resilient services.
