Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist - Agentic IAM in a hybrid setup to lead a team delivering IAM engineering services for non-human identities and automated access across the Group.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Security to translate business requirements into engineering outcomes, while mentoring engineers for both delivery and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Experience in Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security or Enterprise Technology
• Strong technical background with complex enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Product Owners, Architects and cross-functional delivery teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into engineering outcomes and technical solutions
• Commitment to delivering secure, resilient and well-governed services
