Mid Devon District Council is seeking a proactive, people-focused Technical Support Team Leader to lead our Technical Support & Repairs team at Mid Devon Housing. You will coordinate repairs and provide technical support, playing a vital role in housing administration.

• Work collaboratively with tenancy and property teams.
• Ensure accurate data recording across systems.
• Champion service improvements and best practices.
