Job summary

Noble Inns is seeking an experienced Full-Time Supervisor to join our team and lead across one of our four venues. This hands-on leadership position requires leading service, maintaining standards and supporting staff development.

You will work closely with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences, monitor service quality and ensure accountability. This role offers development towards more senior leadership within Nob[l]e Inns.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or senior hospitality experience.
• Confident leading a team during busy services.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Leads by example and is willing to get stuck in.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keeps calm, organized and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team throughout service.
• Ensure Noble Inns service standards are delivered.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and monitor guest experience.
• Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable service to guests.
• Anticipate issues before they affect guests.
• Handle feedback and complaints confidently and professionally.
• Monitor table flow, reservations and service timings.
• Ensure clear communication between FOH, kitchen, bar and management.
• Support the team during busy periods and keep service calm.
• Lead by example in all aspects of guest service.
