Noble Inns is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Waiter to join our hospitality team and work across one of our four venues. This role focuses on delivering high standards of food, beverage and guest service within a quality restaurant setting.

You will be part of a supportive team with ongoing training and opportunities for progression within Noble Inns, developing knowledge of service styles, wine and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Works well independently but understands the importance of being part of a team.
• Is proactive and looks for ways to improve the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of food, beverage and guest service.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and confidently communicate menu knowledge.
• Explain dishes, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements.
• Make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine, beverages and current promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and remain attentive throughout their experience.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, reservations and management teams.
