Noble Inns is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Waiter to join our team across one of our four venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and teamwork.

You will deliver high standards of food, beverage and guest service, welcome guests, take orders, explain dishes and dietary requirements, and support the wider team to ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality restaurant environment.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of food, beverage and guest service.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate menu knowledge.
• Explain dishes, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements.
• Make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine, beverages and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and stay attentive throughout their experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, reservations and management teams.
• Maintain service areas and cleanliness to Noble Inns standards.
• Handle feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
