Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer for a customer-facing home delivery and installation role. You will bridge technical installation requirements with a premium customer experience, undertaking both basic and higher-spec installations across multiple product categories.

Role involves mentoring junior installers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate certification and safety records.

Qualifications

• Competency in electric cooking installation and related tasks.
• Ability to teach, coach and support junior installers.
• Proven track record in domestic appliance installation.
• Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel to depots/customers.
• Ability to work in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Installation delivery across white goods, TVs, appliances, and smart products.
• Provide knowledgeable demonstrations to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Mentor junior installers and apprentices on site.
• Conduct installation spot checks and ensure compliance with electrical requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and safety records in line with company procedures.
