Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer for a customer-facing home delivery role in the UK. You will bridge technical installation requirements with a premium customer experience, delivering white goods, TV mounting, smart products and future categories across multiple sites.

You will mentor junior team members, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and maintain accurate records while travelling to depots and customer homes as required.

Qualifications

Electrical installation competency, including safe practice and ability to demonstrate via testing.
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent electrical qualification desirable.
Proven track record in domestic appliance installation.
Natural ability to teach, coach and support others on site.
Clean UK driving licence; 3.5-tonne vehicle experience is advantageous.
Willingness to travel regularly to depots and customers' homes.

Responsibilities

Install white goods, integrated appliances, TV mounts and smart products.
Demonstrate products and deliver a premium customer experience during installation.
Coach and mentor junior installers and apprentices on site.
Conduct installation spot checks and ensure electrical safety and compliance.
Maintain certification records and uphold health, safety, and operational standards.
