Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. operates Par Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall. We seek a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across the park facilities, ensuring high standards and full compliance with safety rules while building a proactive maintenance and grounds team.

You will manage holiday home maintenance and repair, supervise movement of homes, and uphold excellent service for owners and guests. Previous holiday park supervisory experience and trade qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Holiday park supervisory or management experience required.
• Proven experience leading, training and developing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of holiday home maintenance and repair.
• Practical experience moving, siting and commissioning holiday homes.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and compliance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• DBS check required.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or mechanical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, motivate and develop the maintenance team.
• Plan and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Oversee holiday home maintenance, repair and siting.
• Ensure grounds, infrastructure and facilities meet high standards.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure.
• Deliver high standards of customer service to owners and guests.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Oversee contractors and on-site projects.
