Job summary

Actual Talent is seeking a Human and Organizational Factors (HOF) and Ergonomist Consultant to support aerospace factory projects in Wales. This permanent, full-time position involves analyzing human and organizational factors within technical systems and developing action plans for improvement. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Ergonomics or a related field, 2–4 years of experience, and strong consulting skills. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• Proven exposure to industrial or factory environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English mandatory.
• French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform HOF diagnosis and analyze workstations and organizational processes.
• Formalize ergonomics requirements and define functional specifications.
• Analyze HOF risks and identify root causes.
• Define action plans and oversee implementation.
• Facilitate creativity workshops and conduct user tests.
• Lead HOF activities and promote human factors engineering.
