Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time position in Greenwich. The successful candidate will have HLTA or classroom experience, with a degree preferred, and a genuine commitment to pupil progress.

Qualifications

• HLTA or similar classroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of teaching and learning.
• Confident leading lessons and managing a classroom independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and learning activities across the school.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils.
• Cover classes and lead learning in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support teachers with planning, assessment and classroom management.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Contribute to the wider life and development of the school.
