Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Greenwich. You will lead learning, support teachers and deliver targeted interventions to help pupils progress.

This is a full-time, term-time only role with a competitive daily rate of £105 to £130. You will benefit from ongoing CPD and support from a recruitment consultant with over seven years in education recruitment.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or relevant experience is required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading groups and delivering learning activities.

Responsibilities

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident, motivated and compassionate HLTA to join a friendly staff team at a primary school in Greenwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading learning, supporting teachers and helping pupils achieve their potential.

The role

As an HLTA, you will play an important part in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging activities, provide targeted interventions and help create a positive learning environment.
