Darlington Borough Council is seeking a Principal Highway Design Engineer to lead the development and delivery of diverse highway improvement schemes. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet milestones and deliver high-quality transport solutions.
