Impact Food Group in Folkestone is seeking a Chef Manager to run a high-volume kitchen at Harvey Grammar School, delivering fresh meals to hundreds of students daily. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, overseeing a catering team and ensuring quality and service standards.

You will manage menus, stock, and budgets, while upholding food hygiene and compliance. Working Monday–Friday, 6am–3:30pm, 42 weeks per year with daytime hours and holidays off.

Competenze

• Previous kitchen management experience, preferably in schools or high-volume catering.
• Ability to cook fresh, seasonal meals at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with high standards.
