Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a £50m design and build RC frame student accommodation project in Greater Manchester. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams, and report to the Operations Director.

The role requires a proven track record in high-rise construction, strong planning, and a solid HSEQ compliance history. You will chair progress meetings, manage programme and budget, and drive safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-rise residential or student accommodation projects.
• academically qualified with BSc Construction Management or CIOB or equivalent.
• Strong track record in HSEQ and safety compliance.
• Excellent planning and time management with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Chair subcontractor and client progress meetings.
• Manage programme and budget to deliver project milestones.
• Champion health, safety and quality on site.
