Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead a major high-rise residential development in Salford, Greater Manchester. You will oversee day‑to‑day delivery, coordinate site teams, manage the programme and ensure quality across live works, with a strong focus on firestopping and passive fire protection.

You will work with clients, main contractors and subcontractors to keep works on schedule, maintain safety standards, and deliver to exacting specifications on

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-rise residential developments.
• Experience delivering on live/occupied sites and complex packages.
• Strong knowledge of firestopping and passive fire protection.
• Excellent coordination with clients, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of QA, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery across the high-rise development.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Control programme, sequencing, labour and resources.
• Coordinate works across multiple floors and areas.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs and approved methodologies.
• Oversee firestopping and passive fire protection to required standards.
• Maintain QA documentation, photos and completion records.
• Liaise with client, main contractor and stakeholders.
• Attend progress meetings and drive health & safety standards.
