Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major high-rise façade remediation and recladding project in Luton. The role focuses on external envelope works, managing specialist subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and technical coordination through to completion.

Experience in façade systems and complex residential schemes is essential; exposure to internal refurbishment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager with façade remediation/external envelope experience.
• Experience delivering high-rise or complex residential projects.
• Ability to manage specialist subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of delivery, programme, quality and safety.
• Lead façade remediation and recladding works; coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage sequencing, logistics and interfaces on a complex high-rise project.
• Collaborate with Design, Commercial and Technical teams to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
• Maintain quality assurance, inspections and compliance; report progress and risks.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear progress updates.
