Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, automotive, or aerospace engineering.
- 5–10 years of design and engineering experience in high-performance transmissions.
- Proven track record as a Senior Engineer leading design and project activities.
- Experience in low-volume, bespoke automotive environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and delivery of transmission assemblies and systems.
- Define requirements, concept development, validation and production release.
- Mentor engineering teams and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
- Present programme metrics, KPIs, risks and technical updates to leadership.
