Qualifications

• City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician with supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Up to date knowledge of HGV maintenance, diagnostics, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are met.
