ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd, in partnership with a specialist contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead conservation and heritage restorations across the West Midlands, with the Droitwich flagship project taking ~75% of time. You will ensure safe delivery, on time and within budget, upholding high craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• A strong background in conservation and heritage construction.
• Proven experience managing renovation/restoration projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while controlling programme, cost and quality.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subs and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple conservation and heritage projects across the West Midlands.
• Lead the flagship development in Droitwich and ensure delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and contractual requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and health & safety.
• Engage with clients and heritage stakeholders to support the works.
