Qualifications

• We are keen to speak with established Employment Partners, as well as senior employment lawyers with a strong following who are considering a move into partnership.
• Solid track record in employer-side employment law, strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience advising healthcare businesses would be particularly attractive, as would an existing network across the sector.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the development of the healthcare employment offering within a Top 50 UK law firm.
• Build and nurture client relationships to unlock new work and grow the practice.
• Leverage the multidisciplinary team and client network to expand the healthcare employment footprint.
• Provide strategic leadership and drive growth for a thriving healthcare employment practice.
