Qualifications

• Demonstrated record as an Employment Partner or senior employment lawyer with following.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to develop trusted client relationships.
• Experience advising healthcare businesses is highly desirable.

THE ROLE:

• This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial partner to shape and lead the development of a healthcare employment offering within a Top 50 UK law firm, with an established client base, a strong cross-practice platform and significant potential for growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• We are keen to speak with established Employment Partners, as well as senior employment lawyers with a strong following who are considering a move into partnership.
• You will have a solid track record in employer-side employment law, strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience advising healthcare businesses would be particularly attractive, as would an existing network across the sector.
