Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 7 Highly Specialist Hand Therapist (Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) to manage a complex hand trauma caseload and lead therapy-led clinics at the Exeter site. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, pathway development, and supervision of junior staff.

Formación

• Band 7 Highly Specialist Practitioner Therapist (Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist).
• Lead hand trauma rehabilitation pathway development.
• Provide leadership, supervision and teaching of junior and undergraduate staff.
• Carry a clinical caseload of complex hand trauma patients with specialist assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Run therapy-led hand clinics for Exeter hand trauma unit.
• Lead development of hand trauma rehabilitation pathway with Clinical Lead Hand Therapist.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and hand trauma ACPs.
• Oversee care provision, performance and outcomes in hand therapy.
