Job summary

RZR, a London-based AI-native advertising platform, is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own a portfolio of strategic UK and Western EMEA accounts, driving revenue retention and growth for high-value relationships.

You will lead growth plans with executive-level clients, partner with Growth, Analytics, and Operations to launch and optimize campaigns, surface insights, and translate data into decisions that move the business.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile advertising with client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and related metrics.
• Established relationships with UK advertisers or agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of UK and Western EMEA accounts with revenue growth targets.
• Lead growth plans and manage executive-level client relationships.
• Launch and optimize campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Translate performance data into actionable strategies.
• Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, and Operations for optimization.
• Prepare and present QBRs and strategic sessions to stakeholders.
