A leading UK provider of maintenance services is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor in Uxbridge. You will manage a dedicated team to ensure high standards in service delivery and health & safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven grounds maintenance experience and supervisory skills, alongside relevant horticultural qualifications. This is a stable, full-time position with a competitive salary starting from £30,000 per annum plus a £2,000 annual attendance bonus.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Relevant horticultural qualification
• Experience using tools such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers
• PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
