Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations across sites in Uxbridge. You will manage the team, plan daily tasks and ensure high service standards while delivering on client requirements.

The successful candidate will have grounds maintenance experience, a valid UK driving licence and a horticultural qualification, plus a strong focus on health and safety. This is a full-time role with an attractive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant horticultural qualification.
• PA1/PA6 spraying certificates are a plus but not essential.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the grounds maintenance team.
• Carry out general horticultural duties and maintenance.
• Liaise with clients and produce reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Support team productivity and quality.
