Job summary

• Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Desirable: PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates.
• Experience within grounds maintenance, horticulture, landscaping, environmental services or a similar operational environment.
• First Aid trained.

This permanent position, based in March, offers a salary of up to £30,000 for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00. The Grounds Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and work hands-on alongside the crew to uphold contract standards. About the role
