Job summary

The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Course Manager to lead the maintenance of our golf course, Clubhouse grounds and equipment. You will supervise Greenkeepers, coordinate external contractors and ensure safety and asset reliability.

You will work with the Club General Manager on budgets, training plans and safety policies to deliver world-class facilities. A strong agronomy background and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, horticulture or plant science desirable; or
• Previous supervisory experience in a club or golf course setting.
• Min. Level 3 in Greenkeeping or Horticulture or Agronomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Greenkeepers and oversee maintenance of the golf course.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and ensure safety standards.
• Develop training plans and manage budgets in collaboration with the Club GM.
• Maintain turf care, irrigation and overall course condition to high standards.
