Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley is seeking a GMI Next Gen Migration Technology Lead to drive the replacement of the legacy Back Office platform. You will lead technology teams within the Cleared Derivatives and Collateral Technology group.

The role requires solid GMI experience, front-to-back Futures & Options clearing knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver large migration projects with vendor partners. You’ll ensure a scalable, compliant architecture and high SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of GMI knowledge.
• Futures & Options Clearing front to back knowledge.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams.
• Understanding of functional architectures within Clearing Technology space.
• Ability to work with vendor SMEs to develop technical architecture/solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to GMI Technology teams on migration.
• Plan and prioritize technology focused items with Programme Managers.
• Technically coordinate GMI migrations with other work streams.
• Ensure non-functional requirements are met in the new solution.
• Develop a clear, efficient and clean ecosystem architecture.
• Maintain the technology ecosystem around GMI and its replacement.
• Maintain the highest SDLC standards at all times.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
