Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Business and Technical Implementation Manager to support the migration of Life and Pensions from legacy mainframe to Integro. You will oversee business readiness, technical implementation, data migration, testing, cutover, service transition and post-go-live support.

The role requires strong implementation or senior project management experience across complex change, with matrix leadership across business, technology, operations and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across large-scale business and technology change programmes.
• Migration and data migration delivery expertise.
• Ability to lead across matrixed business, technology, operations and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage an integrated implementation plan for business and technical readiness.
• Lead readiness governance with evidence-based go/no-go recommendations.
• Coordinate operational readiness across Groups: Operations, Finance, Actuarial, Commercial.
• Unite application, test, data migration, infrastructure and service teams for readiness.
• Own cutover command structure, runbook, timetable and escalation routes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies with clear options and impacts.
• Drive the transition into business as usual with early-life support and warranty exit.
• Capture lessons learned for future migrations.
