Christie's in London seeks a Director of Application Support & Service Operations to lead global Application Support, service operations, vendor governance and CTG financials. You will shape day-to-day operations, incidents and major incidents, with a focus on measurable outcomes and strategic leadership.

This senior role combines governance, budgeting, knowledge management and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-vendor environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Application Support and service operations.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Release management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for global Application Support.
• Coordinate internal teams, infrastructure, security and vendors.
• Lead Major Incident bridges and ensure proper documentation.
• Drive continual improvement and automation across services.
