Job summary

Christie’s in London is seeking a Director of Application Support & Service Operations to lead global Application Support, service operations, vendor governance and Christie’s Technology Group (CTG) financial operations.

Approximately half the role focuses on day-to-day operation of Application Support services, incidents, health, vendor delivery, release readiness, and continual improvement, with the remainder supporting the VP ITSM & Application Support across governance and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Systems/Finance/Operations or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise service-management and operational practices.
• Experience in Application Support, service operations or managed-service leadership.
• Experience managing multiple providers against contracts, SLAs, KPIs and improvements.
• Experience with ServiceNow and governance of processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Application Support and service operations for a complex portfolio of applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, infrastructure, security, and vendor support.
• Manage incidents, major incidents and problem management with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, monthly invoicing and financial governance for CTG.
• Drive continual improvement, automation and knowledge enablement.
