Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets and KPIs while maximising opportunities and client engagement.
• Proactively manage and convert leads from website enquiries, campaigns and other sources.
• Deliver excellent client service with professional support, advice and timely communication.
• Maintain CRM records and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while representing the business professionally.
