Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will drive demand and build quality pipelines by:

  • Demand Generation: Conducting B2B lead generation via email, CRM, content, and LinkedIn to attract and convert prospects.
  • Nurture & Conversion: Developing data-driven nurture journeys to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Content & Engagement: Using relevant content and LinkedIn strategies to generate interest and trust.
  • Experiment & Optimize: Testing and iterating to uncover new growth opportunities and improve performance.
Candidate Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years in a B2B marketing or lead generation role.
  • Data-driven with a focus on measurable results.
  • Strong English writing skills and content creation confidence.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and digital channels.
  • Marketing qualification or relevant experience.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to improve.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with marketing automation and nurture flows.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and conversion tactics.
