Description

As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, representing our brand for those concerned about potential gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies, often working with emergency services to protect lives, including vulnerable and elderly customers.
• Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
• Install cooker safety valves.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification required; MET1 beneficial but not essential.
• Experience with gas appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Understanding of relevant standards, legislation, and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving license.
