Job summary

Tripledot Games, part of Tripledot Studios, is seeking a Lead Game Designer for a new hybrid-casual idle RPG title. You will own core design, progression, economy and monetisation systems, balancing ads and IAP while guiding a team and building rapid prototypes with AI tools.

You will work within a London-based studio, collaborating with product and leadership to set direction and deliver high-quality, scalable mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead game designer with live F2P mobile game experience.
• Experience in idle RPG, coin looter, arcade idle or similar hybrid-casual genres.
• Experience designing economy, progression and monetisation for live games; tune with data.

Responsibilities

• Own design on a new hybrid-casual idle RPG mobile game from concept to launch.
• Build prototypes quickly using AI tools to test ideas.
• Design economy, progression and monetisation systems; balance ads and IAP.
