Tripledot Studios in London seeks a Lead Game Designer to helm design for a new hybrid-casual idle RPG title. You’ll own core loop, progression, economies and monetisation strategies from concept to launch, and influence the game direction with product and studio leadership.

You’ll prototype with AI tools, mentor junior designers, analyse KPIs and A/B tests, and write clear documentation for art, engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead game design experience on live free-to-play mobile games.
• Experience in idle RPG, coin looter, or hybrid-casual genres.
• Experience designing live-game economy and progression.
• Ability to build prototypes with AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own core loop, progression and economy for the new title.
• Create playable prototypes with AI tools.
• Balance monetisation across ads and IAP.
• Write design docs for art, engineering and product teams.
• Analyse KPIs and implement data-driven changes.
• Set design direction with product director and studio leadership.
