Qualifications

• Proven ownership of complex frontend deliverables across multiple teams.
• Expertise in modern full-stack tech including Java and frontend frameworks.
• Experience with design systems and collaboration with UX/product design.
• Strong testing discipline and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience deploying scalable cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend deliverables across the Research Platform from discovery to production.
• Architect frontend solutions with a platform-first approach for multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Advance SDLC practices, delivery mechanisms, and UI frameworks at scale.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Uphold disciplined engineering standards including testing, accessibility, and security.
• Contribute to the evolution of the team's technology strategy and evaluate new tools.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
