Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of complex frontend deliverables across multiple teams.
• Expertise in modern full-stack tech including Java, React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, or equivalent.
• Experience with design systems (Material, Fluent, Carbon, Radix, Bootstrap, or equivalent).
• Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, E2E) and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Turbopack, Webpack).
• Experience deploying scalable cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI-assisted development tools; ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure handling in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend deliverables across the Research Platform, from discovery to production.
• Architect frontend solutions in a platform-first approach for external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Shape SDLC practices, delivery mechanisms, and UI frameworks that scale platform-wide.
• Mentor engineers, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Uphold disciplined engineering standards, including testing, accessibility, and security.
• Contribute to evolving the team's technology strategy and evaluating new tools.
• Drive enterprise AI-assisted engineering adoption with secure, repeatable patterns.
