Client Server is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own the design and delivery of scalable data-intensive applications in a hybrid London role. You will lead a small multidisciplinary team, shaping architecture while coding and making critical technical decisions.

Your role:

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer you’ll lead the design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications that process vast amounts of music and audience data.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a small, multidisciplinary team, defining technical direction while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding and technical decision making. Collaborating with Product and Design, you'll translate business goals into elegant technical solutions and ensure the delivery of secure, high performance software.

You'll also champion modern engineering practices, leveraging AI assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Management position.

Location / WFH:

You’ll join colleagues in the London office, with flexibility to work form home twice a week.

About you:

• You have strong hands-on full stack software engineering experience with Golang, React, REST APIs, GCP and / or AWS and have a good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices and IaC tools such as Terraform
• You’re comfortable running projects, providing technical guidance / mentoring and collaborating across teams
• You have experience of working on highly available, critical systems
• You’re comfortable using AI tools in your daily tasks to increase efficiency
